and James Richard Miller
Lisabeth Mary Grindrod (BSc (Hons) Rural
Land Management, 2013) married James
Richard Miller (BSc (Hons) Agriculture,
2013) in an intimate ceremony at the
Royal Agricultural University on 11 June
2016, followed by a reception at The
Bear of Rodborough Hotel, near Stroud.
The couple then enjoyed a week in the
Algarve in Portugal for their honeymoon.
On 9 July, they had the wedding blessed
on James’ family farm in Devon. A large
party of 200 joined them for a hog roast
in Hatherleigh Village Hall, and there were
a few RAU alumni among the guests!
Alexander Wirtz and
Larissa Hornung
Alexander Wirtz (BSc (Hons) International
Business Management, 2005) and Larissa
Hornung were married at the church of
Nienstedten in Hamburg, Germany on 12
December 2015. The reception was held
at Hamburger Golf Club, Falkenstein. They
had a wonderful wedding surrounded
by family and friends from the RAU.
